Original or certified copy of the applicant's individual record, “Ikhraj Keid” (issued in the current year).
Copy of the applicant's family record, “Family Ikhraj Keid.”.
Copy of the applicant's ID (if available)
Medical and Vaccination Report.

Non-Lebanese applicants:

In addition to Items (1 to 7):
• The applicant's Permanent Residence Permit was issued by the Lebanese General Security Directorate.
• An original ID for Palestinians issued by the Director General for Palestinian Refugees or a newly created individual record, “Ikhraj Keid”.

Applicants coming from abroad:
|
In addition to the above-mentioned documents:
• A copy of their photo and personal details page of their passport and the General Security stamped passport page, showing the entry date to Lebanon.
• Class passing certificates certified by the below-listed authorities of the country in which the student pursued his or her education.

Please note that an exemption from Arabic from the Lebanese Ministry of Education is required for those students who wish to join the non-Lebanese program.
